Abstract
Code and data for 460,080 simulations of a reaction-diffusion model over real topography from 18 windows along the edge of the Araripe Plateau, northeastern Brazil, under the five illustrative temperature pathways of IPCC AR6. The sweep varies the position of the thermal optimum, the thermal tolerance, the dispersal anisotropy and the form of the diffusion operator. Includes the model, the sweep drivers, the analysis and figure scripts, the study windows, and the summary tables from which every table and figure in the accompanying manuscript can be regenerated in minutes.
The results are packaged in the Greenfield Startup Model (GSM), which explains the priority of startups to release the product as quickly as possible, and the need to shorten time-to-market, by speeding up the development through low-precision engineering activities.
