Abstract

RNA binding proteins (RBPs) are key regulators of controlling the proteome remodeling during T-cell activation. Using proximity labeling, we present a comprehensive interactome map of the RBP ZFP36L1, demonstrating the versatility of interactions and their possible functioning during T-cell activation.
