Proximity labeling puts ZFP36L1 as central hub for posttranscriptional regulation networks in T cells

RNA binding proteins (RBPs) are key regulators of controlling the proteome remodeling during T-cell activation. Using proximity labeling, we present a comprehensive interactome map of the RBP ZFP36L1, demonstrating the versatility of interactions and their possible functioning during T-cell activation.

Proteomics of human cancer-associated T cells identifies regulators of T cell functionality

Integrated multi-omic profiling of human tumor-infiltrating T cells reveals cell-intrinsic regulators of T cell dysfunction that are missed by transcriptomic analyses alone, highlighting an additional layer of regulatory control.
