Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу феномена использования больших языковых моделей (ChatGPT и аналогов) клиентами психологической практики для решения личных и эмоциональных проблем. Рассматриваются механизмы, благодаря которым ответы искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) объективно воспроизводят базовые техники психологического консультирования: активное слушание, отражение, валидацию, психообразование. На основе данных исследований 2023-2025 годов анализируются как потенциальные возможности использования ИИ в качестве вспомогательного инструмента, так и системные риски, включая проблему конфиденциальности, "галлюцинации" моделей и отсутствие клинической ответственности. Особое внимание уделяется наиболее уязвимой категории — клиентам в кризисном и суицидальном состоянии. В контексте психофизиологических аспектов взаимодействия с цифровыми устройствами рассматриваются работы Халфиной Р.Р., посвященные закономерностям утомления и биологическим факторам адаптации к цифровой среде. Предлагаются практические рекомендации для специалистов по интеграции данного феномена в терапевтическую работу с соблюдением этических норм и принципов безопасности. This article analyzes the use of large language models (ChatGPT and similar models) by clients in psychological practice to solve personal and emotional problems. It examines the mechanisms by which artificial intelligence (AI) responses objectively reproduce basic psychological counseling techniques: active listening, reflection, validation, and psychoeducation. Based on research data from 2023-2025, this article analyzes both the potential for using AI as an auxiliary tool and systemic risks, including privacy concerns, model "hallucinations," and lack of clinical accountability. Particular attention is paid to the most vulnerable group—clients in crisis and suicidal states. In the context of the psychophysiological aspects of interaction with digital devices, the work of R.R. Khalfina on fatigue patterns and biological factors of adaptation to the digital environment is discussed. Practical recommendations for professionals on integrating this phenomenon into therapeutic work while adhering to ethical standards and safety principles are offered.
