CURRENT TRENDS IN INNOVATIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the combination of strategic management of project activities at an innovative enterprise and the use of flexible tools for the implementation of innovative projects. The article uses discounted methods of performance assessment, flexible and iterative management tools of the Agile, SWOT and PEST analysis methodology as part of the system-information approach. The article analyzes the concepts of "project management" and "strategic management", compares the conditions for the implementation of projects, structures of project teams, approaches to planning and control, evaluating results in traditional and high-tech industries, substantiates possible trends in the management of innovative projects. Recommendations are given. It was concluded that the specifics of project management in high-tech industries characterized by changing requirements, the absence of a predetermined result and the need for constant reassessment of intermediate solutions, requires flexible, iterative and cross-functional management models in which management is built through rapid validation of hypotheses, management decisions based on feedback and interdisciplinary and partnership cooperation.
