Application of Agile methodology for the implementation of innovative development projects at enterprises in the field of information and communication technologies and communication systems

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to offer recommendations on the application of the Agile methodology for the implementation of innovative development projects at enterprises in the field of information and communication technologies and communication systems. The article analyzes the comparative characteristics of project management methods, the fundamental values of Agile methodology tools and the ideas and principles of Agile management. Proposed: 1) measures based on the analysis of foreign experience to improve the work and performance of enterprises in the field of information and communication technologies and communication systems; 2) formation of a four-level organizational structure for effective stage-by-stage management of innovative development projects of enterprises in this area using an adapted Agile approach; 3) recommendations. It was concluded that the introduction of the management paradigm "Agile-methodology", adapted to manage projects for the innovative development of enterprises in the field of information and communication technologies and communication systems at the strategic and organizational levels, can increase their internal efficiency and significantly improve their market position, focusing on customer needs and innovations.
