Closed connections and state changes after a loop in WRRA

Abstract

Executive paper B, revised version 1.0. Authors: Wonsik Choi and Jeongin Choi, Independent Research, Seoul, Republic of Korea. Korean title: WRRA의 닫힌 연결 구조와 이동 후 상태 변화. This preprint develops an explicit, executable WRRA construction linking a finite cellulation of the Klein bottle to internal state transport, loop response, energy and relaxation. Five propositions specify the topology, flat internal connection, gauge-invariant density response, coupling derivative and energy-decreasing diffusion. Torus, mixed-state and double-return controls distinguish topology from the chosen transport and prevent unsupported claims of compulsory persistent twist stress. The interface to the finite arithmetic register is stated explicitly. The contribution is the WRRA construction and its tested transformations under declared assumptions. Mathematical proofs, numerical diagnostics and physical interpretation are distinguished. A gravitational constitutive bridge remains a specified follow-up task. English and Korean manuscripts include a guide for readers from other fields. The complete package contains editable manuscripts, executable code, numerical evidence, source provenance and Astra internal AI review records. All 20 registered checks passed, including an independent Astra rerun. Final review found the work acceptable as a conditional, executable model-development paper, with all requested corrections closed; this is not journal acceptance.
