Aplicação do Folding MP-Lex (Dobra Binária Involutiva) ao Sequenciamento e Processamento Genômico: Indexação Hierárquica, Leitura Condicional e Diagnóstico Paridade-Dependente

Abstract
Este trabalho apresenta a formalização teórica e aplicada do Folding MP-Lex (Dobra Binária Involutiva / Involutive Binary Folding) no âmbito da bioinformática e do processamento de sequências genômicas. Para evitar ambiguidades conceituais com a física das dobras teciduais ou estruturais (protein folding), o presente modelo estabelece a Dobra Binária Involutiva estritamente como uma estrutura de indexação hierárquica e navegação geométrica em subespaços binários discretos. Ao mapear o genoma no subespaço 𝔹^(2N) sob a ordenação MP-Lex, a fita dupla do DNA é regida pelo Operador de Dobra Biological-Compliant (Ĵ_bio), que associa a inversão de bits (XOR) à reversão orientacional da fita (5' → 3'). Demonstra-se como a estrutura habilita a leitura condicional progressiva (early-exit) em hardware, a busca por sobreposições em tempo linear e a localização de erros de sequenciamento por verificação de paridade.
