Abstract

The series of monographs “Laws of Psycho-Historical Governance” offers a unified operator-spectral language of description based on the hypothesis of structural similarity among all levels of organization — from the physical continuum to the noosphere. The core of the formalism is a universal self-adjoint operator ℒ in the Hilbert space 𝔥 = ⊕ₙ ℋₙ, whose spectrum defines stable modes and transitions between levels, while the evolution of the spectral measure obeys the geodesic equation in the space of measures with the Wasserstein metric W₂. A control action is treated as an external force u(t) that curves the trajectory of the system in the space of semantic states. Contents of the guide. The work includes: 1. A preface establishing the priority of a unified axiomatics over the formulations of individual volumes and introducing criteria for falsifying the model. 2. The general concept of the series and a summary map of all twelve books, indicating the main contribution and key concepts of each. 3. Detailed annotations of Books I–XII, constructed according to a unified template: status → role in the series → key results → concepts and formalism → intended audience → disciplinary labels → keywords. Among them: - Book I. “The Ether Code” — ontological and mathematical foundation of the series; theory of intrinsic reference frames; three-axis neurobiological model of thinking. - Book II. “Tensor Model of the Psyche and Socionics” — psyche tensor T̂, psychological phantom of the dual, L³T³ model, method of semantic resonance. - Book III. “Operator Model of Collective Consciousness” — quantitative estimate of prayer energy (Jewish egregore: ~29% with a share of 0.2%), “OMAR–Snail” formalism, verification through neural network bias. - Book IV. “Organism–Society” — human-like coordinate system, clusters P, N, T, B, mismatch tensor Δ𝒦_ij, integration operator 𝒯_integr. - Book V. “The Spiral of Hegemonies” — axiomatic NPTB theory of civilizational dynamics, density fields on S², dipole mode (l = 1), verifiable forecasts up to 2050. - Book VI. “The Time Machine; The Plan of the Universe” — controlled evolution operator 𝒯, hypothesis of quantization of levels of organization, eigenmodes Ψₙ, principle of encompassing determination. - Book VII. “Control of Climate Attractors” — spectral measure μ_t = Σₙ pₙ(t) δ_{Λₙ}, three-component scheme 𝒪_in → 𝔗 → δμ_t. - Book VIII. “Human Health. Psychosomatics” — consistency C(t), operators ℐℳ^[act], ℐℳ^[fix], mismatch vector Δ_Σ, architecture of the Operator-Spectral Semantic Computer (OSSC). - Book IX. “Maya Pyramids and the Göbekli Stargate” — rational reconstruction of megaliths, critique of paleocontact. - Book X. “Unified Methodological Preface” — end-to-end axiomatics of the series. - Book XI. “The Code of Tradition” — traditions as operators of semantic fields, placebo egregore. - Book XII. “Semantic Fields” (3 volumes) — consciousness, rituals, hidden structures of society; Geodesic of Fate; conspiracy theories as projections of deep layers. 4. Annotations of the appendices (Gaia Hypothesis; Code of Humanity; Vygotsky; Semantic Resonance; Cinema; Geopolitics; Energy Currency; Pereslegin; Metascience of Anomalies; Egregores: Calculation Laboratory; Fasting). 5. Keywords for the entire series, grouped by books. 6. Index of notation — more than 150 symbols, operators, fields, and parameters with indication of first mention. 7. Selected Classifications — 20 research specializations reflecting the thematic scope of the series. 8. Bibliography of all volumes and appendices with URLs. 9. Terms of Use of Materials in Artificial Intelligence Processing. Epistemological status. The author consistently distinguishes axioms, corollaries, working hypotheses, and applied projects. The terms “psychic energy,” “prayer energy,” and “egregore” are used in a strictly operational sense (in the spirit of the “as if” principle), and not as ontological assertions. For each fundamental hypothesis, falsification criteria are indicated. Applied recommendations (climate, medicine, social governance) have the status of hypotheses and require independent validation. Novelty. For the first time, an end-to-end operator-spectral formalism is proposed that covers all levels of organization of reality — from the physical continuum to the noosphere — with unified criteria of verification. A method has been developed for verifying collective cognitive structures through neural network bias (“an electron microscope of egregores”). The hypothesis of quantization of levels of organization is introduced as the ontological core of the series. Intended audience. Researchers at the intersection of philosophy, physics, neuroscience, sociology, religious studies, and strategic planning; specialists in mathematical modeling of complex self-organizing systems; readers interested in interdisciplinary synthesis. Keywords: semantic field, operator-spectral formalism, egregore, continuum, OMAR model, NPTB-theory, psycho-historical control, psychic tensor, noosphere, quantisation of organisational levels, Wasserstein metric, human-like coordinate system, civilizational dynamics, structural isomorphism, semantic resonance.
