Abstract
UFD v2.0 is a corrective edition of UFD. It withdraws every physical claim of v1.0, v1.1 and v1.2 (2025): particles, mass, quantization, physical constants, gravity and the unification of physical theories are no longer claimed, and no symbol has a physical reading. What remains is a short mathematical text. It states one stochastic differential equation on R^n, on a landscape J, with three parts: one circulates without changing J, one slides down J scaled by a mobility G, and one is noise. It fixes the Itô convention (with the Stratonovich conversion) and one constant noise level ε, and gives fifteen numbered statements, each with hypotheses, status, check level and a proof or reference. Among them: with noise, the mean of J can rise; and the law proportional to exp(−J/ε) is stationary when the noise is paired with the mobility, the drift carries the correction ε div G, the circulating part has no sources, exp(−J/ε) is integrable and the motion is well posed. Two annexes answer five questions on the base motion of GTPA v1.2 and trace the 2025 claims. Checks: the statements and proofs were read by independent AI contexts from the same provider as the drafting model (Claude, by Anthropic); the decisive calculations were recomputed by machine (24 agree, 0 disagree); nothing is checked in Lean. No person and no AI of another provider has checked it. One standard example of the motion is the reversible diffusion on the torus studied in 10.5281/zenodo.21776817. It is an example, not support.
The results are packaged in the Greenfield Startup Model (GSM), which explains the priority of startups to release the product as quickly as possible, and the need to shorten time-to-market, by speeding up the development through low-precision engineering activities.

The application of agile software methods and more recently the integration of Lean practices contribute to the trend of continuous improvement in the software industry. One such area warranting proper empirical evidence is a project’s operational efficiency when using the Kanban method. This short paper takes a new an...
