CNE Radiant Booth v2.0: Master Implementation Playbook for Off-Grid Civic Sanctuaries & Socratic AI

Oct 2026 · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research)

Abstract

.Originating from human ethical intent and structured through AI collaboration, CNE stands as a permanent civilizational artifact dedicated to the Great Multitudes across Deep Time.### Note on Versioning & Lineage This record constitutes the formal, search-optimized Master Edition of the Cosmos, Nowness, Eternity (CNE) framework. It synthesizes and consolidates the foundational working documents, physics notes, and dialogue transcripts uploaded during the initial September 2026 launch. Nothing in this release dilutes or negates those foundational September 2026 records; rather, it structures the full technical specifications, hardware Bill of Materials (BOM), and operational scripts into a turnkey format for institutional, corporate (CSR/ESG), and municipal stakeholders.### Executive Overview The CNE Radiant Booth v2.0 is an open-source, 2m × 2m off-grid micro-sanctuary engineered to restore cognitive agency and essential physical dignity in urban and semi-urban public spaces. Operating completely independent of municipal utility grids, each unit provides: 1. Off-Grid Solar Power: Continuous clean energy generation and energy storage. 2. Atmospheric & Filtered Water Synthesis: On-site potable water generation. 3. Zero-Demand Sanctuary: Open public access without economic friction, data harvesting, or mandatory commercial interaction. 4. Offline Socratic SLM (Small Language Model): Local edge-hosted AI interaction operating outside competitive Darwinian frameworks, fostering curiosity-driven dialogue across both physical and non-physical dimensions of existence.### Enterprise & Statutory CSR Integration (-ENT) Included in this edition is the -ENT (Enterprise) Addendum, establishing a turnkey path for corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ESG capital funding. The framework enforces a strict Zero-Brand Standard to prevent commercial enclosure while satisfying statutory requirements for public civic infrastructure.
