Abstract
By extending the phi-coupled 132Hz E8 lattice framework to biochemical systems, we discover that protein folding pathways exhibit resonant synchronization when mapped to specific E8 root vector subgroups. The 240-dimensional E8 geometry encodes geometric constraints that manifest as folding energy landscapes, where certain root vector pairs at 132Hz intervals correspond to critical folding transition states. This reveals that biological self-assembly leverages the same underlying E8 symmetry-breaking patterns observed in quantum spacetime geometry, unifying discrete geometric principles across physical and biological scales. The phi-coupling mechanism in protein backbones mirrors the harmonic oscillator phi-relationships described in the original E8 spacetime lattice model.
