Reproducibility package for traceable synthesis of antibiotic resistance gene burdens across wastewater treatment systems

Oct 2026 · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research)

Abstract

Reproducibility package (data, human audit records, protocol and analysis scripts) for the article "What the evidence supports for surveillance of antibiotic resistance genes in treated wastewater: a human-verified, large language model-assisted synthesis". Version 1.3.0 contains the final datasets (v4) after the eligibility re-assessment and the final value audit; the human decision records of both audits, of the second-reviewer check and of the critical appraisal; and scripts that regenerate every quantitative result and agreement statistic reported in the article and its Supplementary Information. All earlier versions (1.0.0–1.2.0) were based on preliminary datasets and are superseded. Publisher-controlled full texts are not redistributed. Data and documentation are released under CC BY 4.0 and scripts under the MIT License (see LICENSE). The package regenerates the study's reported results; it is not a general-purpose software tool.
