Abstract
The El-Rakhawi Theory of Bio-Quantum Informational Resonance (BQIR) posits life as a macroscopic quantum informational phenomenon, not merely complex chemistry. Living systems exploit topological protection in cellular water networks to maintain room-temperature quantum coherence, enabling near-zero thermodynamic cost information processing. Central to this is the El-Rakhawi Resonance Constant (Aleph_R), a fundamental threshold of quantum negentropy defining the transition to life, unified in the Bio-Resonance Function (Psi_bio). The theory yields three falsifiable predictions: detectable quantum coherence in proteins at 37°C, protein folding via quantum tunneling, and reclassifying diseases like Alzheimer’s as decoherence disorders. This framework establishes a rigorous foundation for revolutionary applications in informational medicine, bio-inspired quantum computing, and astrobiology.
The comparison of adopter and non-adopter sample reveals three potential adoption inhibitor, security, data privacy, and portability, which underlines the importance of the technical and security perspectives for research investigating the adoption of technology.
