Abstract

Abstract (English) All-solid-state lithium secondary batteries (ASSBs) represent the foremost architecture for reconciling ultra-high energy density with non-negotiable intrinsic safety. However, severe bulk ionic transport bottlenecks within solid electrolytes and dynamic chemo-mechanical interface degradation (contact loss, interphase delamination, and lithium dendrite penetration during cycling) constitute persistent physical barriers to commercial viability. This treatise reports the theoretical framework and implementation architecture of "Operation SOLID GENESIS," an autonomous materials discovery platform integrating generative AI, Graph Neural Networks (GNNs / GNoME), and high-throughput robotic Self-Driving Laboratories (A-Lab). The architecture anchors its computational synthesis loop upon the Structure of Inviolable Decision Rules (SIDR) and an algorithmic Causal Auditor, systematically vetting and vetoing thermodynamically infeasible or hazardous reaction pathways prior to robotic execution. To eliminate structural supply chain vulnerabilities and reliance on critical scarce elements (Sc, Ge), a Scarcity Cost Vector is embedded directly into the GNN objective function, redirecting computational throughput toward earth-abundant chemical spaces (Na, Mg, Fe, Al, Mn systems). Furthermore, we formulate an intelligent "Sentient Battery" architecture combining Functionally Graded Materials (FGM) for interface stress mitigation, dynamic self-healing mechanisms via mobile ionic species (iodide-assisted recrystallization), and real-time feedforward impedance diagnostics coupled with AGI-driven Battery Management Systems (BMS). This closed-loop integration establishes empirical validation pathways to achieve 500 Wh/kg gravimetric energy density, extreme fast charging (EFC <= 10 min), and over 1,000 stable cycles.
