TL;DR

Flow 2.0 is developed, a standardized toolbox for RT‐PC designed to integrate segmentation, flow quantification, visualization, and multi‐frequency signal analysis within a unified environment.

Abstract

Real‐time phase‐contrast MRI (RT‐PC) enables continuous quantification of physiological flow dynamics across multiple temporal frequencies, but its broader application is limited by complex and fragmented post‐processing workflows. We developed Flow 2.0, a standardized toolbox for RT‐PC designed to integrate segmentation, flow quantification, visualization, and multi‐frequency signal analysis within a unified environment.

Patient‐specific automated multi‐class anatomical motion tracking on real‐time cine MR images using deep learning techniques

Real‐time multi‐class motion tracking on cine images during magnetic resonance‐guided radiation therapy (MRgRT) would enable instant monitoring of anatomical structures, facilitating dynamic beam control to minimize overdose to normal tissues and maximize tumor dose. However, conventional segmentation strategies incur significant time delays, making their clinical application impractical. Emerging deep learning (DL) technologies can provide a path to address this clinical challenge.

Using Manganese‐Enhanced DCE‐MRI to Assess Blood‐Cerebrospinal Fluid Barrier Transport

We developed a dynamic, heavily T2‐weighted (hT2w) FLAIR protocol to resolve acute Mn2+ transport kinetics, as a proxy for Ca2+, across the choroid plexus (ChP)—cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) interface, in vivo. By quantifying intercompartmental Mn2+ dynamics, and comparing these with Gd‐DOTA, we sought to characterize blood‐CSF‐barrier (BCSFB)‐mediated tracer transport, combining high in‐plane resolution and 4‐min temporal sampling.
