QUANTUM-TOPOLOGICAL MORPHOGENESIS: SYNTHESIS OF LEVIN'S BIOELECTRIC CODES AND BELINTSEV'S AUTOWAVE MECHANOCHEMISTRY WITHIN THE PANHONDRIOME PARADIGM / КВАНТОВО-ТОПОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ МОРФОГЕНЕЗ: СИНТЕЗ БИОЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСКИХ КОДОВ ЛЕВИНА И АВТОВОЛНОВОЙ МЕХАНОХИМИИ БЕЛИНЦЕВА В ПАРАДИГМЕ ПАНХОНДРИОМА

Abstract

ENG:Article 4 of the Panchondriome Project (v3.5.2-PRODUCTION) delivers a rigorous biophysical and mathematical synthesis, unifying the large-scale bioelectric tissue codes pioneered by Michael Levin’s laboratory with the classical autowave mechanochemistry of embryonic cell sheets established by B. N. Belintsev. The paper conceptualizes living tissue as an end-to-end, non-linear optoacoustic mainframe capable of real-time quantum-topological control. By introducing a Downregulated Frequency Cascade, the model provides a concrete physical solution to the kinetic and thermodynamic deadlocks of pure reaction-diffusion (Turing) paradigms under conditions of viscous intracellular crowding. The core physics of the model substantiates two dual scale invariants derived from fundamental constants of condensed matter acoustics and protein crystallography: the nanostructural invariant (Δl = 6.25 nm) governing tubulin lattice packing and protein folding, and the macrostructural tissue invariant (ΔL = 6.25 μm) organizing multi-cellular morphology. The concept has been verified in silico via the cross-locus simulation core () and validated through predictive simulations of isotopic mass shifts within deuterated water networks. Stable production versions are enclosed within this repository in both English (EN) and Russian (RU) PDF formats.
