Abstract
This archive contains the complete replication package, frozen DNA specifications, core execution scripts, and 400 training run logs supporting the manuscript: "Initialization DNA: Sparse Weight-Space Programs for Accelerating Small Transformer Language Model Training" (submitted to Pattern Recognition, PR-D-26-12736 Revision R1). ### Contents:- `data/per_seed_runs.csv`: 400 training runs across 30 paired confirmatory seeds, six learning rates, LayerNorm scale diagnostics, and 5000-step long horizon runs.- `dna/`: Frozen JSON specifications for Standard (empty), Seed-DNA, Selected-DNA, and LayerNorm scale variants.- `code/`: Model definition, training runner, dataset loader, and confirmatory analysis scripts.- `figures/`: Manuscript figures in original high-resolution formats.- `LICENSE`: MIT License. ### Quick Reproduction Check:Run `python code/summarize_per_seed.py` to verify group means, bootstrap 95% confidence intervals, and long-horizon paired win counts.
