The system successfully integrates three core components in a single platform: reporting with identity access control protection, structured case management for the PPKPT Team, and independent status tracking for reporters — components mandated by Permendikbudristek No. 55 of 2024.
Abstract
This study presents the development of a web-based PPKPT Reporting and Case Management Information System using the Waterfall method at Harkat Negeri University. Violence in higher education settings is a serious issue, yet current reporting mechanisms rely solely on WhatsApp messages, failing to guarantee reporter identity confidentiality, structured case management, or independent case status tracking. The system was developed using the Waterfall SDLC model, the Laravel framework, and a MySQL database, modeled with UML. It features online reporting with identity confidentiality enforced through AdminAuth middleware authentication, a status-tracking mechanism using a unique code (PPKPT-YYYY-XXXXX), an admin dashboard, report management, and PDF export. Black Box Testing on 22 test cases produced a 100% pass rate, confirming all features function as specified. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with 20 respondents consisting of 3 PPKPT Team members, 1 lecturer, 1 administrative staff, and 15 students yielded an overall mean score of 4.51 (Very Good category), with no aspect scoring below 2.60. The system successfully integrates three core components in a single platform: reporting with identity access control protection, structured case management for the PPKPT Team, and independent status tracking for reporters — components mandated by Permendikbudristek No. 55 of 2024 that had not previously been integrated into any single system designed for a higher-education PPKPT context.
The web-based information system successfully replaces manual record-keeping at TPA Al-Jami' and bridges the information gap between teachers and parents in supporting children's Quranic education.

Mosque management requires an integrated information system to support the management of mosque data, preachers, religious lecture schedules, and administrative activities more effectively. However, the existing management process is still largely conducted manually, resulting in data inconsistencies, scheduling conflicts, and delays in information dissemination. This study aims to evaluate the functional performance of the Web-Based Mosque Management Information System (SIMAKMU) using the Black Box Testing method. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach by testing the main functional features of the system, including user authentication, dashboards based on user roles, mosque data management, preacher data management, lecture schedule submission, schedule confirmation, notifications, and logout functions. The testing process was carried out by comparing the expected outputs with the actual outputs generated by the system without examining the internal source code. The results indicate that all testing scenarios were successfully executed and achieved Valid status, demonstrating that every feature functioned according to the predefined system requirements. These findings indicate that SIMAKMU has fulfilled the required functional aspects and is suitable for supporting integrated mosque management activities. The implementation of the system is expected to improve administrative efficiency, facilitate coordination among mosque administrators and preachers, and minimize scheduling conflicts in Muhammadiyah mosque activities.

This research aims to evaluate the design and implementation of the payroll accounting information system at PT BAP to enhance internal control and minimize fraud risks. Payroll is a sensitive cost component, requiring a reliable system to ensure accurate calculations and timely payments. The method employed is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study approach, utilizing data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that while PT BAP has established adequate separation of functions and hierarchical authorization, fraud vulnerabilities remain due to the use of manual recapitulation documents and high dependency on external approval processes (PT Freeport Indonesia) without a clear Service Level Agreement (SLA). This situation potentially leads to risks such as ghost employees, overtime manipulation, and payroll delays. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of adopting a digital-based accounting information system (HRIS) and integrating collaboration portals for automated data validation. Recommended procedural improvements include real-time synchronization between digital attendance and the payroll module, as well as strengthening task segregation to minimize risky manual interventions.
