Abstract
This study aims to map the research trend landscape regarding the creation of Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) to amplify elementary school students' critical thinking skills. This investigation adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, rigidly adhering to the PRISMA protocol. A keyword-based search on the Publish or Perish software successfully harvested 28 relevant scientific articles from the Google Scholar and Scopus databases. The compiled documents underwent a strict screening process, spanning from the initial identification phase and filtering based on inclusion-exclusion benchmarks to an in-depth content analysis. The review findings demonstrate that E-LKPD research at the elementary education level transformed dynamically and acceleratively throughout the 2022–2026 period. Its evolutionary trajectory is divided into three primary milestones: the facilitation of learning model syntax (2022), the transition toward interactive digital platforms (2023–2024), and culminating in the utilization of Android-based technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) (2025–2026). Geographically, the publication distribution is dominated by researchers in Indonesia, reflecting the massive demand for reconstructing instructional tools based on local curriculum needs. The deployment of E-LKPD is proven reliable in sharpening learners' critical capacity through enriched interactive stimuli, active participation, and contextual material presentation. As a recommendation, future research agendas need to expand studies into the affective/psychomotor domains, conduct long-term effect evaluations, and establish standardized assessment tools to measure digital critical thinking abilities.
The synthesis reveals that integrating CT into mathematics instructions yields significant positive impacts at elementary, junior, and senior high school levels, highlighting the urgent need for continuous teacher professional development and standardized CT assessment tools.
