Abstract

본 연구는 생성형 AI 동영상 제작 환경에서 방송·영상콘텐츠 제작자가 경험하는 제작 과정의 변화를, 인간-AI 공동 창작·창작 노동·창의적 통제를 민감화 개념으로 활용해 질적으로 탐색하였다. 현업 제작자 14인(방송·OTT·광고·숏폼·다큐/독립)을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰와 제작물·문헌분석을 수행하고 주제 분석으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 기획 단계에서는 프롬프트 설계가 새로운 역량으로 부상하며 시각화가 빨라졌고, 촬영 단계에서는 실사 비중이 줄며 제작자가 디렉터·큐레이터로 이동하였으며, 편집 단계에서는 생성과 후반의 경계가 약해지는 대신 일관성·품질 검수가 새로운 과제로 떠올랐다. 세 단계의 선형적 경계는 약화되어 생성-수정이 반복되는 순환적 워크플로로 재편되었다. 참여자들은 AI를 공동 창작 파트너로 인식하며, 통제의 양식이 “생성”에서 “선별·재요구”로 전환되는 경험을 형성하였다. 본 연구는 이를 “큐레이션적 창작(curatorial creation)”으로 개념화하였으며, 그 강도는 실재성·작가성이 중시되는 다큐/독립 맥락에서 제한되었다. 결과는 14인의 경험에 기반한 탐색적·시론적 발견으로, 향후 양적 검증이 요구된다.
