Abstract
Overview Initial release of ATStereo, a 3D Slicer module designed for computer-assisted stereotactic neurosurgery planning, supporting the Abdelwahab stereotactic frame geometry. Key Features Dual-Isocenter Rigid Registration: Accurate anatomical-to-frame alignment with real-time RMSE validation. Bilateral Trajectory Planning: Simultaneous planning and coordinate translation for both left and right surgical targets. Kinematic Simulation & Collision Checks: Real-time 3D model synchronization with automated trajectory separation warnings (< 5.0 mm). Interactive Data Probe: Real-time coordinate probing relative to hemispheric isocenters. Platform Compatibility: Tested and verified on 3D Slicer (v5.10+ / v5.12+). Documentation & Getting Started Please refer to the README for installation, registration, and module usage guidelines. Citation If you use ATStereo in your research, please cite our corresponding publication (details in repository). License & Patent Notice This software is provided under an Academic Non-Commercial License. The stereotactic frame geometry is protected by patents. Commercial use or manufacturing is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results indicate that software engineering work practices are chosen opportunistically, adapted and configured to provide value under the constrains imposed by the startup context.

The results show that the embedded industry has been able to apply agile methods in its development processes and that the appreciation of the agile methods and their individual practices appears to increase once adopted and applied in practice.
