taha-at/ATStereo: ATStereo v0.1.0-beta: Pre-Release Stereotactic Planning System
Overview Initial release of ATStereo, a 3D Slicer module designed for computer-assisted stereotactic neurosurgery planning, supporting the Abdelwahab stereotactic frame geometry. Key Features Dual-Isocenter Rigid Registration: Accurate anatomical-to-frame alignment with real-time RMSE validation. Bilateral Trajectory Planning: Simultaneous planning and coordinate translation for both left and right surgical targets. Kinematic Simulation & Collision Checks: Real-time 3D model synchronization with automated trajectory separation warnings (< 5.0 mm). Interactive Data Probe: Real-time coordinate probing relative to hemispheric isocenters. Platform Compatibility: Tested and verified on 3D Slicer (v5.10+ / v5.12+). Documentation & Getting Started Please refer to the README for installation, registration, and module usage guidelines.
