Oct 2026 · Translational Oncology · Vol 74 · 0 citations · 33 references

Abstract

Highlights • MSRB3 is overexpressed and predicts poor prognosis in gastric cancer.• MSRB3 suppresses ferroptosis by stabilizing GPX4 protein.• MSRB3 inhibits GPX4 ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation.• MSRB3 depletion increases CD8+ T-cell infiltration in tumors.• Targeting MSRB3 enhances response to anti-PD-1 immunotherapy.
