Abstract
This article analyzes the statistical indicators of ear disease morbidity in the Republic of
Uzbekistan for the period of 2016–2024. The study examines the overall prevalence of ear diseases,
as well as their dynamics by age groups and regions. The obtained results showed that morbidity rates
varied over the years; although an increase was observed in certain periods, the overall trend tended
to decline. A particularly sharp increase in morbidity was recorded among adolescents aged 15–17 in
2021. According to the results of the regional analysis, relatively high growth rates of ear diseases
were observed in Samarkand and Kashkadarya regions. At the same time, a decreasing trend in
morbidity was identified in Bukhara, Syrdarya, and Jizzakh regions. The findings of the study
substantiate the need to strengthen scientific and practical measures aimed at early detection of ear diseases, improvement of preventive measures, and effective provision of patients with medicines.
The peak of child morbidity in the Gomel Region was noted in 2021, which was driven by an almost twofold rise in infectious and parasitic diseases, presumably due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Significance. Psoriasis is a chronic dermatosis, the development of which depends on various factors. Many organs and systems of the body are involved in the pathological process, leading to the patient’s disability in the future.
Purpose. To identify major trends in the morbidity of psoriasis among children in the federal districts of the Russian Federation.
Material and methods. We have carried out an analysis of the morbidity of psoriasis in the age groups of children aged 0-14 and 15-17 years in the Russian Federation by federal district in comparison with the national data for the period from 2016 to 2024. The analysis was based on data of the Federal statistical observation presented in statistical collections of the Ministry of Health for 2017-2025. The study used the following methods: content analysis, statistical and analytical methods. The Excel program was used for data processing.
Results. Over the study period (2016-2024), the incidence of psoriasis in children aged 0-14 decreased in the Southern Federal District (by 39.0%), while it increased in other federal districts. The prevalence of psoriasis decreased only in the Southern Federal District (by 19.3%) and the North Caucasus Federal District (by 10.5%), while it increased in all other districts. During the same period, the incidence of psoriasis among children aged 15-17 increased in the Central Federal District (by 28.8%), the North-Western Federal District (by 41.2%), and the Siberian Federal District (by 9.4%), while it decreased in the remaining districts. The prevalence of psoriasis in this age group increased only in the Central Federal District (by 32.4%), and decreased in the remaining districts. Overall, the national incidence rate among children aged 0-14 increased by 10.0%, while the prevalence rate increased by 14.1%. For children aged 15-17, both the incidence and prevalence rates increased by 0.3%.
Conclusion. The rates of psoriasis incidence and prevalence in the age groups of children aged 0 to 14 and 15 to 17 years in the Russian Federation as well as in the federal districts were unstable: a growth alternated with a decline. Nevertheless, over the entire period under study, both incidence and prevalence rates of psoriasis increased in both age groups of children.
Scope of application. The study was conducted only in the context of the age groups of children aged 0-14 and 15-17 years. The study results can inform the development of dermatosis prevention programs among children.

Diseases of the circulatory system have the greatest impact on changes in the overall mortality rate of the republic's population, accounting for more than half of all deaths in the Kyrgyz Republic. Given the ongoing decline in the number of autopsies performed, there is a need for a more comprehensive analysis of mortality cases. In particular, such analyses should take into account not only the underlying cause of death but also all major diseases, including those constituting combined underlying diseases. An analysis was conducted of autopsies performed at the Republican Pathology Bureau between 2019 and 2025. The findings demonstrated a marked increase in the number of autopsies in 2021 and 2024, including those performed on adults and adolescents. Particular attention should be paid to the substantial increase in discrepancies between clinical and pathological diagnoses during 2022–2024, with the highest level observed in 2025. The results also revealed changes in the structure of mortality causes. In 2019 and during 2022–2025, diseases of the circulatory system were the leading causes of death, whereas in 2020–2021, infectious and parasitic diseases predominated. The highest rates of discrepancies between clinical and pathological diagnoses were observed in cases involving diseases of the circulatory system and diseases of the digestive system. The findings indicate the need for further improvement of clinical diagnostic algorithms for the most socially significant diseases, enhancement of the quality of antemortem diagnostic verification, and broader integration of pathological autopsy findings into internal healthcare quality assurance systems. Analysis of mortality patterns and diagnostic discrepancies makes it possible to identify priority areas for improving the diagnostic process and to develop measures aimed at reducing the frequency of diagnostic errors and mortality.

OBJECTIVE
To conduct a clinical and epidemiological analysis of the prevalence and incidence of multiple sclerosis (MS) in the Republic of Dagestan from 2023 to 2025. The findings will be used to develop prevention and care interventions.
MATERIAL AND METHODS
A comparative analysis of MS prevalence in the Republic of Dagestan from 2023 to 2025 was conducted. This analysis included observational data on age, gender, disease onset, disease progression type, clinical manifestations, treatment regimens, and neurological and ophthalmological assessments.
RESULTS
The comparative analysis of data collected for 2023, 2024, and 2025 revealed a notable annual increase in the number of MS patients, alongside a consistent gender disparity, with a ratio of women to men approximately equal to 2.5:1. Furthermore, there was a significant 12-year increase in the average age of onset among males and a 5.5-year increase in females. An increase was observed in the remitting MS, while the primary-progressive type remained relatively stable. Conversely, there was a decrease in the proportion of patients with the secondary-progressive type, potentially inversely correlated with the increase in remitting cases. During this period, a downward trend in the average age of disease onset was observed for both sexes, particularly among women. Notably, the treatment of patients with disease-modifying therapies (DMTs) was not uniformly implemented, attributed to either non-adherence to therapeutic selection criteria or patients' voluntary discontinuation of treatment.
CONCLUSIONS
The first study focusing on the clinical and epidemiological features of MS in the Republic of Dagestan was conducted in 2009. The findings indicate a substantial increase in the number of MS patients from 2023 to 2025. The data from this study have significant practical implications for the development of regional programs that provide targeted assistance to MS patients, promote early prevention, and facilitate effective medical rehabilitation.

Rationale:
Allergic rhinitis is becoming an increasingly common disease, affecting a large proportion of the population, especially children. The steady increase in morbidity and the continuing difficulties of timely verification of the diagnosis dictate the need for an in-depth study of the epidemiological aspects of this pathology.
Objective:
To assess the dynamics of the prevalence of symptoms of allergic rhinitis in schoolchildren of the Grodno region over a 15-year period (2008–2023) using the ISAAC questionnaire.
Materials and methods.
The study, based on a survey of schoolchildren 6–7 years old and 13–14 years old, revealed an ambiguous dynamics of rhinitis symptoms. In younger students, there is an increase in sneezing and nasal congestion without signs of a cold, as well as an increase in cases of hay fever. Adolescents, by contrast, had decreased rates of rhinitis without infection, but increased rates of symptoms associated with allergic conjunctivitis and increased rates of established diagnosis of hay fever. The effect of symptoms on daily activity remains moderate or negligible in both age groups.
Conclusion.
Improved diagnosis and awareness may contribute to the rise in diagnosed cases of allergic rhinitis. Further research is needed to identify the causes of the rise in allergic diseases and to develop prevention and treatment measures, including allergies and seasonal therapies.
