Abstract
This article describes the methodology, regulation, system, and EDMS ↔ ERP integration for the contract workflow of an industrial holding company — developed, implemented, and maintained by the author in 2005–2006 and operating for more than 15 years. It demonstrates that a number of management decisions made at that time correspond to modern risk management methodologies (GRC, Three Lines of Defense, Separation of Duties, Continuous Controls Monitoring, Records Management, Process Synchronization), although they were adopted before these methodologies were institutionalized in standards. Steps for integrating artificial intelligence into the process are also developed. The article examines non-standard solutions that are ready for implementation today: · integration of EDMS with ERP at the level of "payment without a supporting document is impossible"; · separation of roles "controller / executor"; · staffing of contract workflow through standard amendments to job descriptions; · three archives of contracts with different rules; · mechanism for submissions on violations; · synchronization of 30+ departments in EDMS, ERP, and real activities. For each solution, the article shows why it is superior to alternatives. A separate section substantiates why these solutions have become even more relevant in 2026: the growth of fines under 152-FZ, stricter requirements of 63-FZ, criminal liability for document forgery, the growth of contract workflow volumes, the shortage of qualified personnel, digitalization, and the introduction of AI.

This work proposes a HALO that directly maximizes the utility of generations instead of maximizing the log-likelihood of preferences, and suggests that the best loss depends on the inductive biases most appropriate for a given setting, an oft-overlooked consideration.
This work investigates the possibilities of using LLMs in a resume screening setting via a document retrieval framework that simulates job candidate selection and finds that the MTEs are biased, significantly favoring White-associated names in 85% of cases and female-associated names in only 11.1% of cases.
This work shows that orders of magnitude enhancement in performance could be obtained by a combination of hardware improvements and tight quantum-HPC integration and introduces high-performance architectures for quantum-probabilistic computing with custom-designed accelerators to tackle today's industry-scale classical...
