Transformasi Matriks Kompetensi-Strategi di Era Digital: Systematic Literature Review tentang Integrasi Kebutuhan Bisnis dan Pengembangan SDM

Competency Development and Evaluation

Abstract

Digital transformation changes the competencies organizations need, so competency matrices must be rethought as tools linking business needs with human resource (HR) development. This study synthesizes how the competency-strategy matrix is transformed in the digital era. A systematic literature review (SLR) following PRISMA 2020 was applied to journal articles from Google Scholar, Garuda, Neliti, and Scopus. The matrix evolves through administrative, strategy-linked, and digitally adaptive stages. Digital transformation shifts competency demands toward digital, data, and behavioral skills, while technologies such as enterprise systems and artificial intelligence bring efficiency but also the risk of dehumanization. The study proposes an integrative framework and a research agenda.
