The genome sequence of the Pink Waxcap, Porpolomopsis calyptriformis (Berk. Bresinsky, 2008) (Agaricales: Hygrophoraceae)

We present a genome assembly of Porpolomopsis calyptriformis (Pink Waxcap; Basidiomycota; Agaricomycetes; Agaricales; Hygrophoraceae). The genome sequence has a total length of 33.46 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.01%) is scaffolded into 14 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has been assembl...

AGENT OF CROWN GALLS – AGROBACTERIUM TUMEFACIENS OF BLUEBERRIES (VACCINIUM CORYMBOSUM L.)

As a result of monitoring epiphytotia on the territory of the blueberry nursery, damage was detected in 60-80% of planting material. Bacterial strains were isolated in pure cultures from the affected blueberry tissues and characterized for their complex of morphological-cultural and physiological-biochemical and pathog...

CARBOHYDRATE OXIDASE GENE EXPRESSION IN SUNFLOWER DURING OROBANCHE CUMANA INFECTION

Carbohydrate oxidases (SCO) represent a class of enzymes involved in carbohydrate metabolism and in the generation of hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), a key molecule in redox signaling and in the activation of plant defense responses. In this study, the transcriptional responses of the SCO gene were analyzed in three sunflowe...
