In this paper, we prove a sharp Fefferman--Stein-type estimate for the fractional Schr\"odinger equation, which can be regarded as a generalized Strichartz estimate for data in the Fourier Lebesgue space $\widehat{L^p}$. Then, as an application of the Fefferman--Stein inequality and its off-diagonal generalization, we prove large data local well-posedness and small data global well-posedness results for the one dimensional fractional nonlinear Schr\"odinger equation with pure power nonlinearities in the homonegeneous and inhomogeneous Fourier--Sobolev spaces $\widehat{\dot{H}^s_p},\widehat{H^s_p}$. Solutions are established in $L_x^r(\mathbb{R} ;L^q_t(I))$ spaces in order to overcome the difficulty of a loss of derivatives in the standard Strichartz estimates.
Inspired by the sharp coefficient estimates established by Cho \emph{et al.}\cite{CKKLS2018} for starlike functions of order $\alpha$ in the unit disk, we investigate the corresponding problems for starlike mappings of order $\alpha$ defined on the unit ball of a complex Banach space. Employing Fr\'echet derivatives together with suitable auxiliary lemmas, we establish sharp upper bounds for the second-order Hankel determinant, the Fekete--Szeg\"o functional, and the Zalcman functional associated with this class of mappings. In each case, the obtained estimates are shown to be sharp by identifying the corresponding extremal mappings. Furthermore, our results reduce to the known one-dimensional sharp estimates when the underlying Banach space is the complex plane, thereby extending several classical results of Cho \emph{et al.} \cite{CKKLS2018} to the setting of complex Banach spaces.
The purpose of this work is to provide a broader framework for analyzing the inhomogeneous nonlinear Schr\"odinger equation (INLS) \[iu_t + u_{xx} \pm |x|^{-b}|u|^{\alpha-1}u=0, \quad 1<\alpha<5-2b\; \text{and}\; 0<b\leq 1/4.\] Specifically, we establish low-regularity well-posedness in the Fourier-Lebesgue $\widehat{L}^{p}$ spaces for $4/3<p<8$. The analysis is carried out differently for the cases $p<2$ and $p>2$. Primarily, in both cases, we prove global well-posedness for arbitrarily large initial data via the data decomposition method adapted for the Fourier-Lebesgue spaces. Furthermore, we obtain analogous results for INLS in modulation spaces $M^{p,p'}$ for $4/3<p<2$.

In this paper, we establish a Fefferman--Stein inequality in terms of area function and non-tangential maximal function associated with the Schr\"odinger operator $\mathcal{L} = -\Delta + V$ on stratified Lie groups $\mathcal G$, where $\Delta$ denotes the sub-Laplacian on $\mathcal G$ and $V$ is a nonnegative locally integrable function. As an application, we extend this inequality to the tensor product $\mathcal G_1 \times \mathcal G_2$ of two stratified Lie groups and develop atomic decompositions associated with the Schr\"odinger operator for functions in the Orlicz space $L\log^{+}L(\mathcal G_1 \times \mathcal G_2).$ Using these atomic decompositions, we further prove weak-type endpoint estimates for the area integral operator and the Riesz transforms associated with the Schr\"odinger operator on $L\log^{+}L(\mathcal G_1 \times \mathcal G_2),$ thereby extending the celebrated result of R.\,Fefferman and E.M.\,Stein \cite{FSt1982} to the setting of singular integrals with non-smooth kernels.
We establish two pointwise estimates for fractional difference operators, tracking explicitly the dependence of the constants on the smoothness index $s\in(0,1)$. Using these, within the framework of ball Banach function spaces we obtain two fractional Gagliardo--Nirenberg inequalities, including the BMO endpoint case. Furthermore, we establish endpoint asymptotic results as $s\to0^+$ and $s\to1^-$, proving that the asymptotic factors appearing in these inequalities have optimal order. Under the additional assumption that the underlying function space is rearrangement invariant, we show that the optimal Gagliardo--Nirenberg target spaces are precisely those given by the Calder\'on--Lozanovski\u{\i} space. This completely characterizes the rearrangement invariant target spaces for which the corresponding Gagliardo--Nirenberg inequalities hold, thereby answering an open question posed by K. Le\'snik, T. Roskovec, and F. Soudsk\'y. These results can be applied to various function spaces; in particular, they are completely new in the off-diagonal and BMO cases.

We study fractional-Sobolev Tikhonov regularization for linear inverse problems on a bounded Lipschitz domain. The regularization penalty is generated by the restricted Dirichlet fractional Laplacian, and the associated variational problem is shown to admit a unique minimizer that depends Lipschitz continuously on the data. Identifying the positive self-adjoint operator $$A_s=I+(-\Delta)^s,\, D(A_s^{1/2})=H_0^s(\Omega),$$ we transform the problem isometrically into a classical Hilbert-space Tikhonov problem with observation operator $B=KA_s^{-1/2}$. This yields explicit mean-square error bounds and an order-optimal \emph{a priori} and \emph{a posteriori} parameter rules under H\"older-type source conditions. The framework is illustrated by partial observations and by the backward fractional heat equation. In the latter case, $$ B^*B=A_s^{-1}e^{-2tA_s}, $$ which permits a mode-wise description of the source condition, the singular-value decay, and the effective reconstruction bandwidth. We also study the local limit $s\to1^-$: after Bourgain--Brezis--Mironescu normalization, the fractional functionals $\Gamma$-converge in $L^2(\Omega)$ to the classical $H_0^1$-Tikhonov functional, and the corresponding minimizers converge strongly in $L^2(\Omega)$. Numerical experiments for the backward fractional heat problem illustrate the reconstruction procedure and the influence of the penalty order, and confirm the predicted mean-square convergence rate to within a few percent via Monte Carlo simulation, with Morozov's discrepancy principle attaining the same order-optimal rate a posteriori.
We construct divergence-free, vector-valued approximation functions on the whole space $\mathbb{R}^d$, $d\geq 2$, as well as on general unbounded domains of uniform $\mathrm{C}^{1,1}$-type. These approximations converge simultaneously in both Sobolev and Lebesgue spaces. In the whole-space setting, we employ Bogovski\u{\i}\ operators to construct such approximations, thereby extending the approximation theory developed for smooth bounded domains and the simultaneous approximation framework introduced by \emph{Fefferman, Hajduk, and Robinson, {Proc. Lond. Math. Soc.} (3) \ {125} (2022), no.~4, 759-777}. As an application, we establish energy equality for Leray-Hopf weak solutions of the incompressible convective Brinkman-Forchheimer (CBF) equations on $\mathbb{R}^d$, $d\in\{2,3\}$ covering both the critical and supercritical regimes. For general unbounded domains, we employ the resolvent operator associated with the Stokes operator, developed by \emph{Farwig, Kozono and Sohr, {Acta Math.}, {195} (2005), 21-53}, to obtain simultaneous approximation results. We also establish a generalized version of the classical Lions-Magenes lemma, which is of independent interest. Finally, by combining this result with the simultaneous approximation framework for unbounded domains, we establish energy equality for weak solutions of the CBF equations on general unbounded domains.
