Abstract

The theoretical and methodological foundations of the intellectualization of strategic enterprise management based on the integration of artificial intelligence technologies, predictive analytics, and managerial competencies are substantiated. The essence of the intellectualization of strategic management is revealed as a systemic transformation of the processes of formulating, substantiating, implementing, monitoring, and adapting strategic decisions, grounded in the combination of the intellectual potential of managerial personnel, information resources, predictive and analytical tools, and the functional capabilities of artificial intelligence. The introduction of intelligent technologies into strategic management should be viewed not as the local automation of individual managerial operations, but as a transformation of the logic of strategic decision-making, shifting from predominantly reactive management to a predictive and adaptive model. The necessity of preserving management’s decisive role in setting strategic goals, evaluating alternatives, and making final decisions is emphasized, and the expediency of applying the human-in-the-loop principle is substantiated. A structural and functional model of intellectualized strategic enterprise management is proposed, ensuring the consistent transformation of data into strategically significant information, predictive assessments, development scenarios, and strategic alternatives, followed by their evaluation, selection, implementation, monitoring, and adjustment. The model comprises information, analytical and predictive, intelligent, strategic and managerial, and control and adaptation blocks. Their interaction forms a closed-loop strategic management cycle and ensures continuous feedback between forecasting, managerial choice, and the actual outcomes of strategy implementation. The scenario-based approach to evaluating strategic alternatives is substantiated, enabling comparison under pessimistic, baseline, and optimistic scenarios of changes in the external and internal business environment. The study develops an organizational and managerial mechanism for integrating artificial intelligence and predictive analytics into strategic enterprise management. The mechanism encompasses a system of actors, managerial functions, powers, regulations, competencies, and interaction procedures. The need for a clear distinction between analytical, advisory, and managerial functions is substantiated, along with the introduction of expert verification of predictive and analytical data-processing results and AI-generated recommendations, while maintaining management’s personal responsibility for the final strategic choice. The need to develop managers’ digital and analytical competencies, document the key parameters of AI use, and establish procedures to verify the reliability of algorithmic recommendations is substantiated. The proposed approach creates the methodological and organizational prerequisites for transitioning from fragmented use of digital and analytical tools to an integrated system of intellectualized strategic management aimed at improving the validity of strategic decisions, enhancing enterprise adaptability, and strengthening its capacity to respond promptly to changes in the business environment.
