Adult heart failure molecular anchoring and functional mapping diverge across cardiac systems

Oct 2026 · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research)

Abstract

Reproducibility archive for the study “Adult heart failure molecular anchoring and functional mapping diverge across cardiac systems.” This v1.0.0 package contains original figure-generation scripts, derived figure-source tables, and final PNG/SVG exports for Main Figures 1–5 and Supplementary Figures S1–S8, together with an editable PowerPoint source for Main Figure 1. Rebuild the scripted figures from the repository root with `python reproduce_figures.py`. Check headline statistics and cross-figure consistency with `python analysis/validate_figure_data.py`. Raw expression and assay datasets are not redistributed. Their GEO accessions are listed in `DATA_SOURCES.md`. The upstream raw-data processing pipeline is not included. File-specific rights: the MIT license covers original code only. It does not license non-code figures or source tables. Two gene-level tables containing ReHeaT reference weights retain the upstream CC BY-NC 4.0 terms and attribution. See `LICENSE` and `THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md` in the archive.
