Abstract
Manual plant watering can cause delayed irrigation, water waste, and difficulty monitoring plant conditions remotely. This study aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic plant watering system using ESP32 and a Delphi desktop application for monitoring and control via WiFi. The system uses a Soil Moisture sensor to measure soil moisture and a DHT11 sensor to monitor air temperature and humidity, with data exchanged through HTTP using JSON format. The Prototype method was applied through requirement analysis, system design, prototyping, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system provides Auto mode to control the pump based on soil moisture levels and Manual mode to control the pump through the Delphi application. Testing results show that all modules function as designed and the system enables real-time monitoring and control without requiring a data cable.
The increasing scarcity of water resources and the need for optimal soil moisture levels for plant growth have driven the development of smart irrigation systems based on the Internet of Things (IoT). This study presents a prototype of an automatic plant watering control system using an ESP32 microcontroller equipped w...
Plant watering at the demonstration garden of the Agriculture Office of Ende Regency is still carried out conventionally, making the process less efficient, not always timely, dependent on human labor, and potentially resulting in excessive water use. This condition indicates the need for a watering system that can adj...

The success of Nile tilapia farming is highly dependent on water quality, as it significantly affects fish growth and health. In Janti Village, Polanharjo District, Klaten Regency, water quality monitoring is still carried out manually, causing changes in water conditions to be detected late and potentially reducing aq...
High indoor air humidity can reduce thermal comfort and potentially affect occupants, equipment, and materials. This study aimed to develop and initially evaluate an Internet of Things (IoT)-based room air-drying system using a SoC ESP32 for automatic humidity monitoring and control. A prototype engineering approach wa...
Monitoring the water level of the Gung River in Kendalserut Village is still conducted manually using wooden poles, making the process less effective, requiring human involvement, and potentially producing inaccurate data. This condition makes it difficult for the community to obtain timely information, particularly wh...
