Abstract
Data and code for: Leaf nitrogen, not specific leaf area, predicts which plant lineages lizards use. Mohammed Al-Sayegh and Mohammad A. Almousa. Department of Science, College of Basic Education, Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET), Ardiya, Farwaniya 23167, Kuwait. VERSION 4 (October 2026) - WHAT CHANGED FROM VERSION 3 Consumer validation. The fruit-consumption compilation merged by script 00 carried 75 records whose consumer was not a lizard (mainly the pheasant Lophura swinhoii; also bees, crabs, primates, a moth and a snake). Script 19 keeps only records whose consumer is a lizard (ReptTraits species list or Squamata taxonomic path). 42 genera on the phylogeny that rested only on non-lizard consumers are now controls. Model fitting. phyloglm's likelihood surface for the phylogenetic parameter alpha has more than one optimum. Every model is now fitted from six starting values of alpha and the maximum-penalised-likelihood fit is kept (scripts 20-22, 30). Island-flora check redone with local labels (scripts 23-24): a genus counts as lizard-associated on an island only if a lizard recorded eating it occurs there (GBIF). This check is reported as inconclusive in the paper. All numbers in the paper come from script 30 (results_final/) and script 24. Version 3 numbers (GEB submission) are superseded. See README.txt in the archive for the folder guide and running instructions. GloBI, GBIF, BIEN, GIFT and GLOPNET are not redistributed in full. Code: MIT; data: CC BY 4.0.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results indicate that software engineering work practices are chosen opportunistically, adapted and configured to provide value under the constrains imposed by the startup context.

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
