Abstract
TechPanda Academy presents a complete guide for Java developers who want to get hired at top technology companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google and Meta. The guide explains the interview process step by step, from the recruiter screen and online assessment to the final interview loop, and shows what is tested at each level, from entry-level to staff engineer. It includes a phase-by-phase preparation roadmap covering core Java, data structures and algorithms, concurrency and JVM internals, system design, low-level design, and behavioral interviews. It also summarizes each company's interview format and policies, including their rules on AI tools, plus interview-day etiquette, common mistakes, a resume checklist, and a realistic six-month timeline. TechPanda Academy also offers a 3-month Java Development Course for learners who want to start their career in Java.
The method, ECCOLA, is presented, which aims at making the high-level AI ethics principles more practical, making it possible for developers to more easily implement them in practice.

Training AI agents with reinforcement learning can be challenging because their tools, context, and decision-making are managed by complex frameworks. Agent Lightning connects existing agents to RL training, making it easier to improve them without rebuilding them.
