Abstract
Resumo Este tratado estabelece a expansão canônica e a síntese empírica da Ontologia do Estar, consolidando o volume definitivo do E-book 7. Abstract This treatise establishes the canonical expansion and empirical synthesis of the Ontology of Being (Ontologia do Estar), consolidating the definitive volume of E-book 7. Breaking with the constraints of Western methodological isolationism, this work demonstrates that the universe is not an abstract geometric void, but rather a Saturated Multi-Fluid Substrate. The documentary genealogy from the first version to the current maturity is articulated, proving that the cooperation between the Cosmic Neutrino Background — calibrated at the incompressible density of approximately 340 neutrinos per cubic centimeter — and the Aggregating Factors has always constituted the bedrock of an Open Cosmological Architecture. The physics of the medium is entirely sustained in descriptive technical prose, without the use of isolated mathematical characters or equations, eliminating the risks of graphical distortion in PDF compilers. The cross-referencing of contemporary October 2026 data derived from the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, the IceCube Observatory, non-reciprocal forces from Emory University, and Shadow Blaster galaxies invalidates the Lambda-CDM model and establishes Spectral Glow (Rutilância Espectral) as the real mechanism of cosmological redshift via mechanical-hydrodynamic friction, establishing a self-verifying cosmological framework dedicated to open science and existential equality.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.
