Abstract
Source-verified dataset supporting the article "Naming the Ukok Woman: Gendered Terminology and Citation Distortion in Archaeological Knowledge Organization" (KIM Minh, Korea Institute of Aesthetic Medicine; ORCID 0009-0004-4586-5101), submitted to the Journal of Information Science Theory and Practice (JISTaP). This is Version 2.0 of the dataset first deposited in April 2026. Version 1.0 was prepared for an earlier submission and is preserved unchanged in this record for transparency and research-history documentation. Following an editorial request for a full data audit, item-level source verification was carried out under a stated verification protocol, and this version was compiled from it: every retained record was verified at its source, with the query, the source identification, the verification link and the verification date documented. All statistical analyses reported in the revised manuscript are based exclusively on Version 2.0. The two versions are retained as distinct and should not be treated as analytically equivalent. The deposit contains the 65-item coded corpus (CSV and XLSX), the full search log, and a Python script that reproduces every table and statistic in the article from the CSV. See README.txt for the coding rules and file descriptions.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
