Abstract

Highlights • Integrated TCGA analysis via DESeq2, edgeR, limma & WGCNA identified PBK as key ICC gene.• PBK overexpressed in ICC, correlates with tumor stage.• PBK promotes ICC progression via AKT pathway activation; inhibitor abrogates oncogenic effects.• PBK knockdown suppresses xenograft growth with reduced p-AKT, KI67 and PCNA expression.

RSPO1–LGR4 axis drives cervical cancer progression via activation of the EGFR/Src/ERK/AKT signaling pathway

Highlights • RSPO1 is upregulated in cervical cancer.• RSPO1 promotes proliferation, migration, invasion, and tumorigenesis in vitro/vivo.• RSPO1 activates EGFR/Src/ERK/AKT axis via LGR4 in cervical cancer.• RSPO1-LGR4 stabilizes EGFR by blocking c-Cbl-mediated ubiquitination/degradation.

Comprehensive Profiling of ac4C RNA Modification Identifies CERCAM in Cancer‐Associated Fibroblasts as a Key Prognostic and Microenvironmental Regulator in Colorectal Cancer

N4‐acetylcytidine (ac4C) RNA modification has emerged as a critical epigenetic regulator in tumorigenesis and progression. However, the comprehensive landscape of ac4C modification in colorectal cancer (CRC), particularly its orchestration of the tumor microenvironment (TME) and stromal crosstalk, remains largely unexp...

Genetic evaluation of encorafenib-associated kinases RAF1 and MAPK8 in pancreatic cancer: Exploratory mediation by circulating immune traits

Highlights • Genetically proxied RAF1 and MAPK8 expression was associated with pancreatic cancer risk.• A circulating CD4+ Treg-related phenotype showed a possible partial indirect contribution.• PheWAS detected no broad genetic pleiotropic signals at the prespecified threshold.• The findings support further study of R...
