Determinants of effective marketing management
Abstract
Effective marketing management is a key factor for achieving a competitive advantage in modern enterprises operating within a globalized and digitally integrated business environment. Its efficiency depends on a combination of strategic planning, innovation, digital transformation, customer relationship management (CRM), and the organization's ability to analyze data and make information-based decisions. The aim of this paper is to identify and analyze in detail the key determinants of effective marketing management, with a particular emphasis on contemporary trends, digital tools, empirical examples, and practical implications. The study also explores the importance of creating value through innovative campaigns and the implementation of CRM systems to enhance customer experience and loyalty. Special attention is given to the role of organizational culture, agility, and the capacity for decision-making based on data analytics. A review of literature and case studies shows that organizations implementing an integrated marketing management approach achieve higher profitability, optimize resources, and increase overall brand value.
