Abstract
We propose a speculative but explicitly testable framework in which a single pair of source functions acts across scales: G, an inflow of mass and energy from higher dimensions, and Z, the associated inflow of momentum and angular momentum. In the homogeneous limit G(τ) replaces the cosmological constant in the Einstein and Friedmann equations; the Bianchi identity then fixes the exchange of energy between matter and the source. For individual bodies the inflow is written as a bulk-to-brane flux ∇_μ T^μν = Q^ν, decomposed into a rest-mass creation term localized in pulsed nozzles in the cores of entities and an antisymmetric field that changes motion but not rest mass. We derive the Newtonian limit, two variants of source laws, a cosmological limit in which matter creation yields accelerated expansion without dark energy, and a two-way channel with local and global feedback loops. The framework is applied to fourteen phenomena, from the Koide relation of charged leptons (treated as three eigenvalues of a Z₃-circulant operator) and a hierarchical "GZDNA" of composite entities, through planetary spin anomalies and satellite heating, to spiral arms, flat rotation curves and the galactic core; a simple rotating-sprinkler model reproduces the positions of 63–66 % of young model stars within 0.5 kpc of the observed Milky Way arms versus 33–35 % for a random control. Every statement is labeled as fact, hypothesis or postulate, and known tensions with observations (lunar laser ranging, CMB, cluster lensing, causality of the fast channel) are stated explicitly. We list sharp tests: the direction of pulsar kicks relative to the stronger jet, clustering of pulsar glitches at emission time, simultaneity of star-formation bursts after Sagittarius dwarf passages, and a single set of dimensionless source constants for planets, stars and galaxies. The framework originates in the author's Holistic Theory of Everything (HTV). Use of AI tools is disclosed in the section "Methodology and use of AI tools"; the author is fully responsible for the content.
The method, ECCOLA, is presented, which aims at making the high-level AI ethics principles more practical, making it possible for developers to more easily implement them in practice.
