Abstract
Python analysis code and stochastic storm transposition (SST) rainfall data accompanying the study "Flood Exposure and Structure Damage under Deterministic Design-Storm and Stochastic Storm Transposition Rainfall Scenarios: A Case Study in South Louisiana, USA", accepted for publication in Natural Hazards and Earth System Sciences (NHESS). The study compares flood exposure and structure damage under NOAA Atlas 14 and SST rainfall scenarios in the Vermilion River Basin, Louisiana. The archive contains the analysis scripts, Python dependency list, 50 SST rainfall realizations, and associated diagnostics. Analyses cover inundation-depth distributions, structure damage, SST-exclusive exposure, spatial density, and Height Above Nearest Drainage (HAND). The code and associated software documentation are licensed under MIT; the SST rainfall realizations, diagnostics, and configuration files are licensed under CC BY 4.0. The companion study video is provided as a separate research output. Credits: Mohamed ElSaadani wrote the analysis code and created all materials included in this archive.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
