Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI)
Abstract
The use of artificial intelligence in education is currently discussed through the prism of personalization, conversational assistance, automated evaluation, and adoption on an institutional level, yet the entrepreneurial and cybersecurity sides of the progress are not included exhaustively. This chapter is based on the hierarchical analysis of thirty-seven sources on the topic, which apply domains in their analysis, including learning analytics, adaptive gamification, domain-based knowledge graphs, chatbot mediation, micro-credentialing, and governance constraints to constitute one pedagogical design. Consequently, a hierarchical reference architecture, a competency model development, a rubric-based assessment logic, and an implementation roadmap are expounded to enable human-assisted AI-supported learning of cyber risks among technology startups.
The method, ECCOLA, is presented, which aims at making the high-level AI ethics principles more practical, making it possible for developers to more easily implement them in practice.

Training AI agents with reinforcement learning can be challenging because their tools, context, and decision-making are managed by complex frameworks. Agent Lightning connects existing agents to RL training, making it easier to improve them without rebuilding them.
