Abstract

This repository contains the reproducibility materials supporting the manuscript “Multiscale transcriptomic analysis separates epithelial identity loss from FN1-associated stromal remodeling in ulcerative colitis.” The archive includes analysis and figure-generation scripts, frozen and processed source tables used for statistical analyses and figures, Supplementary Tables S1–S5, indexed Supplementary Data S6, gene-set definitions, panel and source mappings, environment and package records, editable figure assets, figure legends, citation metadata, and audit manifests. Publicly available raw datasets from GEO, SRA, scIBD, and other source repositories are not redistributed; their original accession numbers and source publications are cited in the manuscript. Version 19.5.0 corresponds to the analysis package used for the submitted manuscript.
