ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AS A STRATEGIC RESOURCE FOR COMPANY MANAGEMENT
Abstract
The article discusses the theoretical foundations of organizational culture as a strategic resource for managing an organization. It systematizes various approaches to defining organizational culture, including value-based, behavioral, and others. The key emphasis of each approach is characterized, and the main representatives are presented. It is determined that in the context of demographic shortages, declining working-age populations, and the migration outflow of qualified personnel, organizational culture becomes a strategic resource for maintaining competitiveness and ensuring high organizational performance. Company management is presented as a complex of interconnected systems and processes that ensure the achievement of the organization's strategic goals.
