Project Activities as a Factor of Organizational Sustainability in an Unstable Environment
Abstract
The article examines project activities as a factor of organizational sustainability in an unstable external environment. It is argued that, unlike traditional functional-hierarchical management models, the project approach provides adaptive coordination of the organization's human, financial, technological, and information resources, which becomes a critical competence in uncertain conditions. Based on the synthesis of strategic management, project management, and organizational sustainability theories, a conceptual model is proposed that links the characteristics of project resource coordination with the parameters of organizational sustainability. The article highlights the key mechanisms of project activities' impact on sustainability, including focusing on priority areas of development.
