Abstract
How Life Is Executed presents an integrated framework for understanding life as a process in which information is executed, material structures are produced, boundaries are maintained, and the capacity for execution is reconstructed across generations. The book applies WRRA (Wonsik Reality-Renderer Architecture)—a framework inspired by the principle of minimal computation—to molecular biology, systems biology, computational biology, synthetic biology, epigenetics, and origin-of-life research. Rather than treating DNA as life itself or as a complete blueprint, it interprets DNA as SOURCE and examines how SOURCE passes through LAW and STATE before being implemented by material RENDERERS such as RNA, proteins, ribosomes, metabolism, membranes, and cellular machinery.
