INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISMS OF PUBLIC GOVERNANCE OF NATIONAL WEALTH AND TERRITORIAL BRANDING IN ENSURING ECONOMIC GROWTH

Abstract

The article examines the institutional mechanisms of public administration of national wealth and territorial branding in the context of ensuring sustainable economic growth. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve public governance approaches to the effective management of territorial resource potential under the conditions of economic transformation, decentralization, and increasing regional competitiveness. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and develop a conceptual framework for the interaction of institutional mechanisms of public administration, territorial branding, and national wealth formation as a basis for long-term economic growth.The research is based on a systemic approach that made it possible to examine the interrelationships between the key components of national wealth formation. The study employs methods of analysis and synthesis, systematization, classification, logical generalization, and structural modelling to identify institutional mechanisms, determine their functional relationships, and develop the proposed conceptual model.The study systematizes institutional mechanisms of public administration by distinguishing regulatory, institutional, economic, organizational, and information and communication instruments. Their influence on national wealth formation is revealed through the effective use of territorial resource potential, territorial branding, investment attraction, and asset capitalization. As a result, the paper proposes the conceptual model «National Wealth Formation Framework», which demonstrates the logical sequence and interaction between public administration, institutional mechanisms, management instruments, territorial resource potential, territorial branding, capitalization processes, national wealth, and economic growth. The proposed framework provides a comprehensive vision of the transformation of territorial resources into long-term economic value through coordinated public administration.The practical value of the research lies in the possibility of applying the proposed conceptual framework in the development of territorial community strategies, regional development programmes, territorial branding policies, and public administration mechanisms aimed at strengthening national wealth and ensuring the sustainable economic development of Ukraine.
