Maya Spectral Theory is the spectral geometry of Maya Space, M^{1,11} = R^{1,1} ×_w F^{10}, and the spectral engine the other papers inherit. They do not replace this spectrum, and they do not enlarge it. v.2 (doi:10.5281/zenodo.22820807) remains the last published organ. v.3 does not add an eigenvalue. After Liouville...

As artificial intelligence shifts from an assistive tool to an actor that initiates and executes consequential decisions, organisations confront a widening responsibility gap: it becomes unclear who owns a recommendation, who is empowered to contest it, and who carries the risk when an outcome is wrong. Emerging instit...

The relationship between binary computation, artificial intelligence, and literary ambiguity raises a central problem for contemporary theories of meaning. This study examines how recursively changing token distributions relate to the semiotic organization of complete generated texts. This article proposes the concept...

Purpose The study addresses operational demands for scalable artificial intelligence frameworks in high-dimensional affinity prediction. Current computational solutions prioritize architectural complexity over interpretability. Architectural complexity creates operational barriers for deployment in decision-support sys...

This book develops a unified physicalist framework for three foundational questions: what is life, what is intelligence, and what is consciousness. Each answer is built from simple definitions, tested against difficult cases, and related to neighbouring ideas in philosophy, biology and astrobiology. Chapter 1 (Life) di...

The Federico Maya Eternity Theorem is one work in three offices. Maya Space is the place on which a configuration is read. Maya Spectral Theory is the spectrum of that place: a finite point spectrum, four atoms {9, 16, 21, 24} κ², and an essential spectrum beginning at 25κ². The conservation of information is the state...
