PCDHGB2 promotes docetaxel resistance in prostate cancer via TR4-mediated activation of the HIF-1α/VEGFA pathway

An initial comprehensive analysis of PCDHGB2’s functional role in prostate cancer is provided, a poorly recognized epigenetic mechanism of docetaxel resistance is uncovered, and a theoretical framework for improving prognostic strategies in prostate cancer patients is suggested.
