GPR75 mediates hyperuricemia-induced endothelial inflammatory injury via a HOTAIR/miR-141-3p regulatory network

It is indicated that HOTAIR aggravates hyperuricemia-induced endothelial injury by regulating the miR-141-3p/GPR75/NF-κB axis and provides new mechanistic insights into hyperuricemia-associated vascular dysfunction.

ALOX15-Inhibitory Peptides Derived from Coffee Bean Protein Hydrolysates Confer Neuroprotection against Lipid Peroxidation

Coffee bean protein hydrolysates (CBPH) exhibited protective effects against RSL3- and 6-OHDA-induced neuronal injury and FAR and FPSFRE ameliorated locomotor deficits in a 6-OHDA-induced zebrafish model, highlighting their potential as natural neuroprotective agents and functional food ingredients.
