Transcription activator-like effector base editing delivered by a targeted lipid nanoparticle for therapy of lung cancer.

A transcription activator-like effector (TALE) base editor that can accurately identify KRAS gene under the guide of TALE and sgRNA, convert C base to T base and generate a stop codon and blocking the expression of KRAS is reported.

A lateral flow assay strip based on AND logic gate and DNA self-assembly for dual miRNA detection in breast cancer diagnosis

This LFA strip has been preliminarily validated to the detection of human serum samples, and the results indicated that the levels of miR155 and miR21 in the serum of breast cancer patients were significantly higher than those in normal individuals.
